Ari Benjamin & Co. is headed by Ari Benjamin.
Ari Benjamin was born in Kansas City and grew up in Israel and the U.S. He was admitted to the Israel Bar (2002) and the New York State Bar (2006). He has been practicing law for close to 20 years, initially as an associate attorney in Israeli firms specializing in intellectual property (IP), real estate, and commercial law, while representing some of the largest corporations in Israel in varied matters. Since 2012, Ari has been working as an independent practitioner.
Ari is also a certified mediator and a registered Israeli Notary (In Israel, only attorneys with more than 10 years of experience can be certified as notaries). Ari is a member of the Israel Bar’s IP, civil litigation, and real estate committees.
Ari’s specialty is helping his clients – many of them Americans – in navigating the Israeli legal system with all its nuances. Ari’s experience and expertise span corporate and commercial law, real estate, IP, probate law, and Israeli litigation.
